Great price and very easy to deal with.

Been with this company for several years and have changed cars during exiting gap insurance with no hassle and they have always been very helpful getting the best transfer price.

Recently changed my car so needed to do gap insurance, I’ve used ALA before, the process is so simple, ring and cancel previous gap insurance, they roll over any unused portion to the new one so you don’t loose out, they explain the different types of gap policies, you choose the best one for you and your in business, I must’ve used ALA about 8 times and the service is always first class.

The person I dealt with was very helpful. I needed to know that my 18 year old (who only has a provisional license) could be insured on my policy. The staff member answered all of my questions and was very informative.

A quote was provided quickly which I didn't immediately becausr I wanted to shop around and then I was provided with a discount code that made my quote cheaper. An all round good service.

I have just taken delivery of a new Land Rover Discovery. When comparing like for like ALA were £250
cheaper with their gap insurance.
I hope I never have to find out how ALA handles a claim !

Really helpful on the phone. Explained things thoroughly and no pressure to buy product immediately. Quote good price and got vehicle replacement insurance rather than back to invoice as this seemed better for me
